SB Simple Bundles & Kits

This app is perfect. It's free to start with, with limited but sufficient access. It's easy to figure out and when I've run into issues, support has been easy to access and very responsive. As your store grows, you can easily upgrade to the paid version. I would highly recommend Simple Bundles if you're just getting starte.

It's too easy to set up! In our first week without advertising, half of our orders have been bundles. As a result, our average order price has increased! Customer service was phenomenal as well! I had a small issue with the orders not syncing with my 3PL accurately. I sent an email and within a few hours, the problem was fixed! In addition, they followed up a couple days later to ensure the issue was truly solved.

Simple Bundles truly makes everything easy. We've used another app before that was horribly complicated, hard to understand how it works and thus made more problems than it solved. Simple Bundles now meets exactly our needs, is easy to understand, is 100% reliable - and last but not least: it has a super fast, friendly and really competent support team! I would warmly recommend it.

This app perfectly fits our needs! We wanted to be able to offer bundles to our customers but have the backend show individual products to avoid kitting at the warehouse. And customer service was super helpful. Recommend!

Perfectly named app because it has truly simplified the bundle process for us.

The Simple Bundles & Kits app is exactly what we were looking for. We create monthly bundles for our store and this app has really streamlined that process. We use a 3PL distributor and integrating the system with them was really easy. The best part has been cutting time going back and forth between Shopify and our 3PL portal to switch around stock levels each time we upload our monthly bundles and the stock sync has removed any potential inconsistencies from our old process. We've just started experimenting with the multipack feature as well which is a great plus.

If we've hit any speedbumps the team have been super responsive and really go out of their way to explain everything clearly to us so that matter can be resolved quickly. We really haven't had to go back and forth with them many times because of this.

I thought creating bundles would be super hard to do, but this app made it so easy for me. And when I did have a little issue, team member Stella responded quickly to my question. I thought I'd end up with the issue unresolved for a day or two, but I received an email within about an hour. And she instantly sent over ways to troubleshoot the issue and was ready to jump on and help. Problem was solved quickly. And she made sure to follow-up and answer any additional questions. Nothing beats a team that jumps on a problem quickly knowing it can affect the sales on your website.

My experience with this app has been nothing but stellar! My most recent experience was Friday at 6pm when I had to launch seven new bundles. I was having difficulty, and they replied to me within two minutes. Did mentioned it was Friday night? This company goes above and beyond to help and assist you with everything. I am not the most tech savvy individual, and they are so kind and patient explaining things that I don't understand. Five stars! Can't possibly say enough nice things about them

Don't confuse its "simple" name with the power of this app. There is simply no other app in the Shopify app store that solves the problem of product options and selling of infinitely customizable bundles like Simple Bundles. I reviewed all other mix and match bundlers and all but this one misses the most critical component: converting components of the customizable bundle into actual products so sales and inventory of the components are properly accounted. This app has eliminated our manual process of deducting inventory counts of bundle components. We used to spend about 20 hours per month doing this manual process. In addition, the support from this team is top-notch. Their team is very knowledgeable, responds quickly, and actively adds new features to their app. I highly recommend this app for any store offering customizable bundles.
