Simple Bundles & Kits

We tried several bundles, and while others worked, their UI was bad and their options were limited. However, this app was perfect, and gives a simple and easy interface for users.
On top of that, the support is very responsive and willing to help, which makes it one of the best apps on the store!

The app is easy to use and the customer service response is very prompt. The low rating is only to warn businesses that use the profit margin and cost of goods sold reports. Every time a bundle is sold, both the cost of the bundle and the cost of the items are reported for cost of good sold and profit margin. Thus, duplicating the numbers and skewing the reports. If you don't use these reports at all, this is an easy and simple app with good customer service.

Stumbled to this app in the Youtube and gave it a try. We are a team in Japan and it is so simple that even Japanese people not knowing that much English were able to understand it. Team's support level is beyond expectation. Fast and focused. One e-mail and they are telling you everything you need to know. Very intuitive to put together a product bundle, and their team very quickly resolved a particular issue my brand's font had with cutting off in the bundle drop-down pickers. Very promising customer service early on in using this app. Thank you!

Overall great experience. Customer support is knowledgeable and eager to solve any problems you may have. One thing to note is that Simple Bundles does not seem to work with a drawer-style cart (at least in my case). It needs a POST request and does not use AJAX through JavaScript to add the items to the cart. Therefore the page needs to reload and show the cart page for the app to work properly. After setting my cart to a page instead of a drawer it worked great.

I have had the best customer service with this app! They have been extremely helpful, kind, understanding and patient while I have asked numerous questions while setting up my Shopify store. Customer service is everything when it comes to doing things online. I absolutely recommend this app for anyone wanting to do bundles in their store. I too, like other reviewers, wanted to put multiple pieces together to create a product, while setting up the inventory uniquely, and this app does that!

The app is really well thinking but if you manage your inventory with a CMS like QB Commerce the inventory will always get at 0 since QB will sync the inventory he has and that is not the one coming from Shopify. Also when a bundle is sold, in the invoice, you will have all the product that the bundle contain at 0$. That can be an issue if your bundle contain 10-15 products because it does big invoice. Support are great and fast. They helped us solving the issue with QB Commerce.

We found it really easy to create the exact bundles we needed with this app, which is super straightforward to use and edit. When we did need help, the customer service team was incredible. 10/10 recommended!

This app has helped us fix a HUGE problem we were facing with managing our inventory especially when we are offering bundles of our individual items. It manages inventory PLUS makes fulfillment so much easier (WITH LESS MISTAKES). It will breakdown the bundle for you at checkout so that your fulfillment team would remember to add EVERY SINGLE ITEM!

PLUS, it will notify you when one of your individual items (in the bundle) are out of stock which will also help you control when to stop selling your bundles.

The creation of different bundles also become much easier!

So far, the app is working perfectly. It's exactly what I needed for bundling different SKUs for bundles and kits. I'll be pushing the limits over the coming weeks, so if I need to report anything different, I will. I actually already came across an issue with how the app interacted with my theme, so I reached out to the team for help. The customer support was prompt and went above and beyond. Basil helped me with something that wasn't even relevant to the app (just to be helpful!)... with that said, I doubt I will have anything to report back, because the team is on top of any issues that come up. Great app, and great support. Highly recommend. I researched many, and even tried a few other apps for bundling, and this is the best.
