I am extremely disappointed with the Simple Inventory app. A recent glitch caused significant errors in both our pricing and inventory data, resulting in financial losses and disruptions to our sales. This is unacceptable for a tool that is supposed to simplify inventory management.
The lack of reliability in such a critical aspect of our business has seriously affected our operations. If these issues are not addressed urgently, we must look for more reliable alternatives. I cannot recommend this app to any business that values accurate inventory and pricing data.

After conducting a thorough investigation, I provided clear evidence that the changes to your pricing and inventory data were not caused by the Simple Inventory app. However, I stopped receiving correspondence from you after sharing this evidence. While I’m more than happy to assist with any issues related to our app, this review does not accurately reflect its reliability.
