Customer service is the absolute worst! It's been 2 days and I can't get any assistance building this as nothing seems to work. The AI support is ineffective.
Hi there, I apologize for the frustrating start you've had with us. I do see that our chatbot resulted in a bad experience for you. We'll look at tuning its responses to better set expectations. In general, we don't offer support on how to use Looker Studio itself, but we'll do our best in the chat with you to get you pointed in the right direction.
This is abolutely one of the most valuable apps in here. Unbelievable its free forever. A real powerhouse including scheduled reports and all. Shopify native analysis tools are no match for this.

This is an amazing tool. Needed to persevere at the beginning, but now I can do things (mostly inventory related) other apps want to charge me lots to do!
Great app! It works really well and makes things easy. If there was an option to save templates, it would save even more time, but overall, a fantastic tool!

The app doesn't have a feature to save templates (great suggestion), however, you can save individual reports, and then there is a "Duplicate" feature to easily make a new report from an existing report, does that help?

Super easy to use for creating report tables. We use it to create reports based on Tags. Their team is very responsive and open to feedback.

As a one man business with a massive inventory including resell and inhouse manufactured items, I can't imagine running Shopify without this app. Well I did before I found this, I don't want to go back there. Thanks for this helpful tool!
