The app is great! We've tried a ton of apps over the years and even a more popular subscription app -- and this app was very easy to install, follow along with their installation video, set up subscriptions and add it to our website. We use it to unlock content for weekly, monthly and yearly subscribers. When we reached out to their help chat -- took a few minutes for the developer to jump on the chat -- not a lower level support. I recommend this app --

Absolutely loved the app - our business is launching in the next 24h and it was easy to use and seemed to fit our needs perfectly. The app then kicked us out with an error code 500 and a day later still refuses to let us in. We have looked for a contact number but there is only an e-mail address which unfortunately is unlikely to be resolved before our launch so we have had to go elsewhere. It's a shame as the app is great - but it appears unreliable.

Our team didn't see any outages with our infrastructure providers, so this may have simply been a short-term glitch. Either way, we understand how stressful that must have been, and wish we could have avoided that experience.
To your point about only seeing an email address, we offer live chat in the app and from our help center, and monitor that email address 24/7, so I'm confident we would have been able to get things sorted for you quickly had you tried reaching out.
