SimpleSync is very useful if you're selling different products that are physically the same. SimpleSync keeps the inventory of these items in sync. SimpleSync also helps you sell more when you're selling a unisex product. You're going to sell more items if you focus your product pages on men and women separately. Make two products in the Shopify admin, give them the same SKU and you're done! SimpleSync does the rest automatically.

This app often takes weeks or months to get around to updating the new inventory quantities across the duplicate SKUs

All orders and cancels are usually syncing in ~20-30 seconds after they have been placed. If SKU's get out of sync that's because they are manually changed in Shopify, manual changes do not get synced, only orders and cancels are being synced.
I checked the logs and all your orders and cancels were processed 100% correctly within 20 seconds. Please send me an email so I can help you find the cause of why the items got out of sync.
This app solves a fundamental issue for our store super elegantly and with hardly any oversight/setup. In addition, whenever I have run into a slight issue, Harold has been very quick to respond and help me get it resolved. Highly recommended!
App working great so far. We sell uniforms for different schools that share the same SKU's. This allows us to keep our inventory accurate between different product variants. Harold is very responsive and helpful. Happy customer so far.
