I have been using the app for my Shopify orders for a while now with no issues. When I changed another app in my store, I needed help to customise the invoicing app. I reached out to Robert from Simple Invoice and he couldn't have been any more helpful. He resolved the issue over email super quickly and got everything working perfectly again! I only had to send an email to explain the issue and within a couple of emails back and forth, the issue was fixed! Thanks so much to Robert and the team. We tried lots of invoice programs for our bookkeeping, and simple invoice is currently the best option we were able to find in the shopify app store. It does exactly what we need and is simple to use. When we had issues with setting up the program so that the invoices fulfill all requirements for international orders in Europe, the developer quickly customized our app the way we wanted. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a reliable solution for invoicing!
