Great app that helps me increase order value and give my customers piece of mind. The customer support with this app has been great. They installed the app for us and worked with us when there were things we needed to change.

After a long search for a 'right' insurance app for our website, we found this app and LOVE it so far. The app is performing well and it's easy and clear to use and manage. Surprisingly, many of our customers add insurance to their orders already. Itt makes us earn extra money and help our customers feel more comfortable with their purchases. I was looking for a replacement for Enguard when they shut down. I don't like the other apps for insurance because you don't have control over how the money is spent. This app is great, you receive the money, and you control the outcome of the shipping issues. Customer service is fast and friendly. Great app so far.

This is a very easy app to use for my store. I was having issues with Route insurance and I am glad I made the switch. Customer service is really helpful and answers questions very quickly. The app gives you full control of your claims process . I recommend it .

Great, easy to use app and installation. Customer support is extremely helpful and always willing to help. Usually respond within 1-2 days. Very happy with this app and how it has helped our business as I did not like how other apps such as Route require you to enter your bank information and remove insurance as payouts from you.
