I have worked on three projects with Singles so far, and I am extremely satisfied with their customer service. Despite the numerous inquiries and requests I’ve made, their responses have always been quick and accurate. I really appreciate how reliable and attentive they are!
The back-and-forth customer service was sooooo on point and so unexpectedly swift. I needed a LOT of support to get a new digital album set up and I don't think I ever had to wait more than 20 min. between emails for the next step in the process. Single Music? Yes, please.

Super easy to integrate & use. Took less brainpower from me than honestly any other app on shopify as long as you know your UPC!
This app is an absolute game-changer for fan engagement through Shopify. As a music manager with over 10 years in the industry, I've seen a lot of tools come and go, but nothing compares to this for integrating fans into the full experience. From live streams and selling merch to creative ways to interact with fans, it covers everything I could hope for. The features are seamless, well-thought-out, and honestly just make my job easier. It’s genuinely a lifesaver for anyone looking to build a connected, loyal fanbase. So grateful it exists!
I am new on this app I mean even though this is not my first time using it this is my first time using and understanding it. so far I am loving it however there can be so many updates that this app can use to make it the best app on shopify.

In theory, it would be great, but I have not yet had it work. Orders are not syncing, and the link to downloads has not been sent.

The Single App was everything we needed to launch our live stream experience. Elijah and Tommy were incredibly attentive and responsive throughout the whole process, answering all questions and needs as they arose. The integration with Shopify made the setup/backend simple with no red tape or underlying costs, while allowing us to utilize our current e-commerce platform to sell tickets for our artist's stream. We are already planning our next stream, with our 'Go To', Single!
Finally - how did we not hear about this earlier? Soundscan reporting is fantastic to have. Looking forward to this being built out into a more fully-featured app.
Edit, March 2020: It's been two years, and the app still feels like rough like an unpolished beta.
Issues:
• Pain point: Track upload and metadata entry are painful: unable to upload more than 3 concurrent tracks, locked out from adding metadata for tracks during upload, unable to add track titles while 3 files are uploading.
• Bug: Creating dozens of tracks (for larger albums) at once creates track number duplicates.
• Bug: Album art randomly disappears in the dashboard.
• Bug: Physical products not always found when trying to attach a digital release.
Wishlist:
• Bulk edit tools, cloning metadata between tracks to avoid extensive manual data entry that could be avoided
• DDEX ERN support for automatically creating releases via existing music aggregator distribution flow
• Allowing metadata to be edited after locking a release
• More control over how Shopify products/collections are created, tagged, managed.
• External product fulfillment, e.g., via codebanks
• Whitelabeling / custom branding.
• Custom mailservers. Email notifications/order redemption go to spam.
• Integration with other smart link platforms (linkfire, Smarturl, etc.)
• Data analytics/retargeting/marketing options
• More extensive metadata: P-line/C-line support, publishing fields per track (PRO info, Publisher/Administrator, multiple ISWC support)

FINALLY! A Shopify app that replicates all the other digital DSPs. Now I can do pre-orders with Instant Grat tracks and sell singles from the album page. This app is great!
