Sixads advertising automation

This app can not run any ads, and I contacted their support they read my txt, never reply I think it is a scam app, I need my money back

I’m extremely disappointed with this service. I am unable to use it due to an API error that occurred immediately after setting up my account and campaign. I’ve sent multiple chat messages and emails to customer support but have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and support is frustrating and unacceptable. I expected much better for a paid service.

Extremely disappointed. I paid for the Pro app and have had an API error since opening the account and setting up a campaign. I've sent multiple chat messages and emails first requesting support, then to cancel and refund my subscription. Zero response thus far.

They have a problem. For sure. I should have read the review prior to paying 89 euro a month.
Support is gone most of the time and when they are online they don't answer.
I have been waiting for them to fix this problem for over 3 months.
Paid and waited for NOTHING.
I will report them to Shopify and I am warning you: don't buy this app!

UPDATE: This app polluted my Google Merchant Center with items uploaded by the Shopify API interface. Created a mess and destroyed my account with items in error.

Google ads didnt work ... claiming a tech error (bug)
Terrible, useless and delayed support ...
wasted loads of cash on learning phase ads

They do not even deserve a one star review...ALL Sales we got to our store from sixads were FRAUD sales..now we are getting chargebacks for those scammed sales....we lost sales, product cost, shipping & handling cost ..etc
NOT recommended to any store

Very disappointing. Paid for the app but I don't see any clicks on the account.
More disappointing is that they offered to help with Facebook and Google ads, sent me a report but then when I replied yes let's go ahead with it, they never gotten back to me event after 3 follow up emails. Very disappointing.
Will not recommend.

Very useless, the monthly subscription with $19 ended and i didnt get my full boosted impressions.. only 2830 out of 5000...only 28 clicks per month...

I have seen a greater return from Facebook and Instagram adds then the premium price we are paying for this app. Absolutely not worth it and we never reach the impression limit that we are promised.
