started using it, it's really great app.
highly recommended
The app seemed useful but when trying to set it up I ran into issues. Customer service was contacted but they never followed up with my request and provided absolutely no assistance. Shortly after leaving this review I was contacted by customer support. The service provided at that time was top notch. They were communicative and went above and beyond what was expected. Based on this I am updating my review to 4 stars from 2. The only reason it is not 5 is the fact that I had to leave the review in the first place.

As shown in the screenshot emailed to you, our technical support team did respond to your message on the same day you sent it. Our system shows the message was sent and read but as you did not receive this there must've been a technical issue. We apologise for this and have taken steps to make sure it doesn't happen in future :)

App is very easy to use. I had a chart in just minutes. I also needed some specific visual modifications and the developer was very fast and easy to work with.

I had to drop down the rating to 3 because the way the chart is place is really inconvenient. The chart will appear at a certain percentage of the page/screen. Example. at 50% the chart will appear half way down your product page. Even if you change 50% to 10% although the chart will now appear higher, if your other product page has a longer description and the page is now longer the 10% of the page is now lower than the other. Placement needs to be driven by pixels so that we can anchor to the top and add padding if needed. This plug in is unusable if your product pages vary in length.

Excellent app, and amazing support team.
So far so good!
I have had the app for 3 days now, and so far so good. I had a little hiccup installing the app; when I reached out to technical support they responded and fixed the problem within 24 hours! Normally I'm a little skeptical of free apps, but so far I'm very, happy with my decision.
Amazing App with a prompt response from the support team. The response was almost like live chat support, except it was via email.

Preview features don't work. Often times takes a long time to load. Almost never works on Safari. If you edit a chart after you've made it and tied it to a specific product, It doesn't update on your store. But if you make your chart correct the first time it is a good simple chart, and their support team was very nice to me in another one of my stores.
Easy to Use, just what I was looking for!
The size chart fits my needs. Was also easy to create. I especially appreciate the clone feature. Made it so I didn't have to reinvent anything unnecessarily.
