Size Charts & Size Guide ‑ ESC

Thank you so much for all your help support installing the app we really appreciate it. Support was fast and went beyond we had a few problems with our custom theme but they fix it and now it works perfect. There is defiantly no size chart like it for shopify and a size chart like this is very necessary for any fashion store that carry different brands or type of garments where the size charts are different. So I'm leaving a 5 star review: So I will first say that the product works and does what it says it should do. You can have different types of size charts for different types of products by just adding a tag in the product description and associate that same tag on the specific chart.

I will also say I wish that the app was a little more customizable. Just to be able to manipulate the look of the chart a bit more, but it is free and stands up to some of the paid apps!!!

The 5 star rating is because it works but mostly because of the customer support. There are vendors in this vendor pool that never respond and aren't very helpful when and if they do respond. If your running a online store, responsiveness and effective resolution to issues is of the utmost priority. I have had nothing but quick and responsive support from ESC.

I use this app and the customer service is great, it has all my needs and Amrinder has been of great help

Took me some time to properly figure it out, but after that works like a charm. And hey - IT'S FREE!

Definitely deserve a 5 star rating. I had this app working on a free theme, and I paid for a theme on my store, but realized afterward I couldn't get the Size Matters app working without some help, I contacted makers of my $180 theme, and I contacted Eastside Co who made this Free App. The theme makers never got back to me, however, Louis from Eastside Co did get back to me, and was more than willing to help. He got me to add them as a temporary Staff member, and coded it into the theme for me, without asking for anything, the coding was flawless, and it looks excellent on the store, just in time for my stores Monday launch, Props to Eastside Co, You guys are life savers.
