Skio Subscriptions (YC S20)

We switched from Recharge to Skio 3 months ago and it's been one of the best decisions we've made that actually adds value to both our customers and our team. Building great subscription software is not easy and, even though Skio still has to figure a number of things out, the speed and care with which they approach development are remarkable. They are approachable and fix/help with matters really quickly.

As the Director of Retention at Kitsch, a beauty company with a significant focus on subscription-based products, I've had the pleasure of integrating and working with Skio for the past few months. To say that Skio has been a game-changer for our subscription management would be an understatement.

I made it a priority to migrate our store off of Recharge and onto Skio this year. The main selling point for me is that Skio offers excellent customer support. Annihilates Recharge. Have been hacking recharge for a long time, moved to SKIO and the team is much more responsive. Says a lot that recharge charges for basic customer support while SKIO does it for free like a normal company would...
