Thrilled about Skio! Speed and responsiveness of development team is phenomenal. Also love the passwordless login system that replaces the default Shopify login. So much easier for our customers. Looking forward to the partnership ahead with Skio!

If you're reading this, that means you're probably on the fence between which is the best Shopify subscription app for you. Stop researching and install this app now! Having worked with almost every subscription app over the years we were a bit skeptical at first, and the initial cost was a bit more expensive than what we were currently using, ReCharge. Here are just a few reasons why Skio so much better than ReCharge: 1. Customer login is a breeze, and ACTUALLY works. When we were on ReCharge we would get daily support tickets from customers saying they couldn't login. This would then force us to walk them through an "account reset". Not only is it confusing for the customer, but frankly it made us look like we had no idea what we were doing as a company. This got so bad and frustrating for customers that we lost multiple members because they were consistently annoyed with not being able to login and just decided to cancel all together. 2. The user interface is so simple that you don't need to spend days developing training content and FAQs for your customers. Within HOURS of us rolling out Skio we received multiple emails from customers saying how they loved the new customer portal and how intuitive it is. I think anyone would agree that those are the customer inquiries you want to receive. 3. Their support team is on it. Yes, they are a smaller company, so hopefully this level of service maintains with growth, but so far it has been amazing. 4. The migration was painless and their team helped us through everything. Just a few exports from ReCharge and we were ready to go. The one downside that we've seen so far is they don't support gift cards that well. We're told this is a limit with the Shopify side so there's not much they can do at this point, which makes sense. We've implemented a work around for the time being, and hopefully future updates to the platform and Shopify in general will better support gift cards. At the end of the day, we are extremely happy with Skio and are excited to see what they do with the platform to continue expanding functionality and integrations. Keep it up Team Skio!

So glad we found Skio and switched from Bold subscriptions. It's night and day difference in terms of usability both on the back end and the customer side. We were running into all sorts of problems with shipping rates and customers not being able to log into their accounts, but Skio solved all of that. The personal support and help with the migration has been awesome too! Skio is the future for anyone doing subscriptions on Shopify.

The migration team was awesome to work with and answered any questions I had. Was so happy to ditch Recharge and have a solid subscription platform.

Their salespeople are great humans, fun, and just overall a joy to chat with. Adrian Balakumar is a friend to me now and I'm stoked to give Skio a shot. In terms of onboarding? Couldn't be more seamless. They knocked it out in under 48hrs, white-glove service. All email flows were transitioned. It's wild. It took me longer to approve than it did for them to onboard me. This would be a 6-star review if I got a better placement with my bubble. :)

Recently made the swap from our previous subscription app and very glad we did. So far we've been nothing but impressed. The team at Skio is super fast and responsive. The admin and user account pages are leaps and bounds better than the competition. Skio looks like it will be a very positive change for our site.

Working with SKIO has been incredible - Upgrading our subscription platform has been on the top of our to-do list for a while now, but the task seemed daunting. The SKIO team made the process quick, seamless, and worry-free!

With our new SKIO platform now live and running, we've been able to take advantage of performance and retention features that just we're possible with other apps!

This app is the answer I've been looking for! The backend is clean and easy to use, and the front end just works! Powerful and straightforward. The support from the Skio team was also second to none! Very impressed.
