Our move to Skio has by far been the best platform move we've ever done. They have an excellent onboarding process and go above and beyond to support the customer during onboarding. They didn't have an integration with our ESP, but they created the integration just for us (Cordial). They also wrote a custom import to import data from a subscription provider that they hadn't interfaced with before (Subscribe Pro). They were responsive to bug reports and they also delayed our billing since our move to Shopify was running late. I'm leaving out a lot more, but in summary, they go above and beyond for their customer.

Love Skio so far, we just got migrated over to the platform. Thanks to Josiah for helping us get migrated over in a breeze. Excited to start using the analytics, passwordless login and the cancellation flow products.

What I love about working with SKIO is that they have a great Support Team. Sandro and all of the customer success team members we have worked with go above and beyond to actually dive into our numbers, proactively recommend solutions, and bring examples to the table. We feel that our success is indicative of their success, and we are all working towards the same goal. I fully recommend SKIO and the platform.

Big shoutout to Shaw for his dedicated work to migrate our subscriptions! We have had issues integrating with Zipify but Shaw worked tirelessly to get us ready for a big product launch and wrote some custom code to get it operational in time. Very grateful!

Skio is one of my favorite vendors to work with. My rep (Sandro) is always available for questions, offers optimizations, and offered additional calls when I needed help. I haven't used any other subscription platforms, and don't need to look for any other options! We've seen a huge increase in subscription revenue in my first month.

We only recently started with SKIO after trying two competitors and realizing that this year (2024) SKIO had caught up with a number of functionalities that are both essential for our customers and in fact did cause substantial difficulties on the competitors' platforms.
Migration went super smooth and we are excited to fully launch all functionalities now.

If you're looking for a Shopify subscription platform, Skio is the one.

We migrated across to them from Recharge and the process was seamless. Their attention to detail and assistance throughout the migration was second to none and we've been very impressed with their service since then. Also, their analytics are far superior to the other platforms out there, making it easy to really dig into the details.

We just migrated to Skio, away from Recharge, and we're very impressed with the product and the team behind it. They've responded to all our problems promptly and been very personable too. That said, "all our problems" is not that many, because the platform works so smoothly! Everything's more straightforward and user-friendly both for our team and our customers, so we are very happy. Thanks particularly to Josiah and Ben for their help in setting us up & troubleshooting our concerns afterwards!

Love skio! Shoutout to Kobi and the migration team for sticking with us and making it a painless migration! Everything made managing our Brush Club subscribers much easier. Their portal is easy to navigate, and they offer tons of seamless integrations, enhancing our subscriber experience significantly. We've tried many other subscription apps, and nothing compares to the level of care skio has put into its platform. In my eyes, skio is living up to its tagline: "Sell subscriptions without ripping your hair out."
