Bogdan was extremely helpful. I had an issue printing my QR labels and couldn’t figure it out on my own. He kindly joined a Google Meet with me and guided me step by step until everything worked perfectly. Really great support and very patient. Thank you, Bogdan! We needed a way to print labels based on a Stocky-generated CSV based on ordered quantity, instead of received.
SkuGen promptly replied to my emails and after a few clarifications, they offered to add this feature. Within three days it was ready and tested. It worked! Excellent customer service.
