Scam app. Never worked, spent 4 days on support with them and they never fixed anything. My inventory quantities never updated and when I tried to cancel they told me they couldn't help me with that.

We have researched your case and found that payments were being handled directly via Shopify's app market which is why we could not assist with your cancellation. We will try to make these differences clearer in the future to avoid confusion and frustration for our customers. Regarding the product issues you experienced, we have reached out and would love to hear more details so that we can work to make it right, or at least prevent this from happening in the future. I have been using this app for a few weeks now along with other apps for multiple sales channels. I can tell you, SKU IQ is one of the easiest apps to use and the fastest too. When I make a change in my Shopify, it takes only few seconds when it is automatically sync in my SKU IQ. It is super easy to publish the items in my TikTok Shop. Regardless if it is one item or a bulk. Oh Yes! Bulk edit is super easy too. When an order is placed, everything is sync right away and super easy to track. It totally reduce my time posting items so I can focus in other things now :) Highly recommended.

SKU IQ is very user friendly and they have a great support team that helps you get connected with your Shopify Store. They are always willing to help. I highly recommend if you want to connect your Shopify store to TikTok Shop!

I'm very happy with this app, and the customer service. The app was easy to install and set up, but I messed up on a few things, and needed help. Thank goodness they had a "real customer service team" to help me. We set up a call to share screens and they helped me out. I highly recommend this app.

Hello,
I have use SKU IQ for a month now and it has been AMAZING! It saves me so much time syncing my items to all of my platforms. If you are using TikTok Shop you MUST sign up for SKU IQ. It is well worth it. They give you a 30-day trial. I just upgraded my plan.

The care and support I received was unbelievable- all my questions were answered, the level of help was unprecedented. I've been using skuIQ for about 30 days to sync with my square POS. The process is fairly easy, inventory syncs very well. I occasionally have to resync an item if I notice the count is off, but it doesn't happen very often. Chat is super helpful with getting set up, i've not had any issues with customer service. I love that I choose when to push inventory to Shopify, as I'll frequently have items created in square that I do not wish to have online. My only criticism so far is that I wish there were some backend things I'm able to do on my own without reaching out to chat support (i.e., changing some of the default sync settings - I went this full 30 days before I realized online orders weren't syncing over, but the issue is solved now). This app has given me the freedom to have the in-store POS i want with the e-commerce experience I want my customers to have. I couldn't be more grateful that this app exists.
