Having a great experience so far. The app is good but the customer service...straight up best. Highly supportive, they pay attention to each and every detail and make sure your query is completely solved before finally closing the chat. 10/10 would recommend it :)

The care and support I received was unbelievable- all my questions were answered, the level of help was unprecedented. The ability to communicate effectively with a support staff, and allowing me to share my thoughts and concerns without having to wait was amazing! Used SKU IQ to connect to my TikTok Shop. There's only a few apps that can do this and I tried all of them. SKU IQ is definitely the best. Really good instructional videos and you can even setup a meeting where they go over the setup with you. Insane customer support. Highly recommend.
