I used SkyPilot to allow me to manage and distribute the MP3's and other downloadable materials on the Live Hymnal store. The App was really quick and easy to install and even quicker and easier to use. Initial help and advice from the developer was prompt. I can highly recommend this App.

Sky Pilot allows my shop to deliver large files to customers, with seamless Shopify integration. Customer service is fantastic, and they have always been able to keep up with demand when sales increase. The app is intuitive to use, and very professional in both the backend interface and the customer side of things. Sky Pilot offers features that no other digital delivery app on Shopify can do. Very happy all around!

We run a primarily PDF-based business, so digital downloads were a must. Before we settled on Shopify, we looked at a lot of other webstores that had digital downloads built into their offerings. But we don't regret choosing to go with Shopify and Sky Pilot, as this deadly duo has helped us make a truly fantastic store. The volume pricing makes a lot of sense - we're just at the basic level, but we'll be pulling in a lot of sales before we have to upgrade (and, by that point, I won't sweat it so much). The biggest reason I'm sticking with Sky Pilot's chat support has helped me out several times. They've been attentive and quickly solved my problems (both of which were, admittedly, stupid mistakes on my side).

Great app. Easy to use and great help from Sky Pilot team

I’ve been using this app for five years and it has worked flawlessly. The two times I had a problem it turned out that it was something on my end that I had done wrong. The support is excellent and so quick. One time I contacted them around midnight, expecting to get a response the next morning. They responded immediately! I am very happy with how easy and effortless this app makes selling digital items. Highly recommended.

Andrew and the team at Sky Pilot are fantastic. This app integrates perfectly with our subscription services and setup was relatively seamless. Any questions I've had have been answered within minutes and they always offer solutions. If you have a subscription based service and need to get PDF's out to your clients in an easy manner, this is an excellent app.
