I have been using SkyPilot for almost 3 years now and am still thrilled with how easy and effortless this service makes selling digital items. Any time I've had a question (no matter how small) I get a quick, professional response. I love being able to see which of my customers have downloaded their purchases and how many times. The Access Alert feature has helped me to put a stop to several spambots/pirates/thieves and also allowed me to work with a few of my customers to secure their own email accounts. All in all, a tremendously positive experience!

Streamlined. If I had one word to use, it is streamlined. Go through, list details, upload product, click save and forget. Shopify connects to them and I never think about it again. But when I do, they give me details about usage and customers and I have control over past products and can prevent abuse. If you are wondering should I... don't, these guys are good! I am very pleased with the product and service.

The app is very useful if you sell digital products since Shopify doesn't have its own way of doing this. Also, since we first started using the app 5 years ago, it's been updated and upgraded for better user experience. And the customer support team is VERY responsive, which is, of course, one of the most important things about any app one uses with their Shopify store. I've been working with Alessandro recently and he's awesome. Helped us fix some glitches we found in Safari, etc. and also very helpful about a recent update we did in the SkyPilot theme. Sky Pilot has been super easy to use right from the start and I truly appreciate how great everything works coming from other platforms that were less seamless and transparent as to what it looked like on my customers' side.
Besides I had some questions about my subscription and the personal service I got from Sky Pilot was 10/10. Can't say enough how much I appreciate them taking their time to actually help me out and provide me with the best plan.
And as a final cherry on top, they expanded their plans to include more, which in itself is an incredible service.
My switch to Shopify has been great and Sky Pilot has made it the easiest every to sell my digital products!

We really enjoy using Sky Pilot as we have a ton of online courses that Sky Pilot helps with sending to our customers in an easy and effortless way. The option to "mark as fulfilled" helps save hours of work for our inventory team member for free courses and the "notify all past purchasers" option helps make sending emails to our LIVE zoom link classes simple and easy. Their customer service is great as well. I had a problem that was solved smoothly as the chat option stays open until the problem is solved. This means that if the problem isn't solved on one day, I can log on the next day and can continue chatting. Sky Pilot has dramatically improved the online course department of our business. Thank you for offering a great service.

Great app and customer service! I was using another app for sending digital files beforehand but I switched to Sky Pilot because the interface and user experience is much better, and with my current needs I don't think any other app can beat the price (I'm on the starter plan).
I'm giving 5 stars because I have had a really good experience with Sky Pilot - HOWEVER I would have liked to be able to sort my uploaded files into folders before attaching them to the products in my store. I sell digital sewing patterns for women, and for each design I have 1-2 style choices as well as 7 size categories (so up to 14 different categories of files for 1 product). So it's a bit of headache to match the right files with the right sub-product etc when you can't group the files in folders. BUT I have searched the marked for apps that can do this and it seems no app is offering this service anyway...

Where do I start? I am new to Shopify and new to Sky Pilot. They could not have been more kind and patient in helping me navigate an issue. Not only that, but Allessandro (manager) noticed that we are a non-profit organization and provided us with a discount to our plan (actually with additional features)! Who does that? Sky Pilot. I haven't been using Sky Pilot for very long but I did have to contact the service department for more explicit instructions on how to use the platform properly so that all my digital files would reach my customers without any hitch. The service that I received was very professional, very helpful yet very friendly. This is exactly what I'm looking for when contacting a service department for help. I was 100% satisfied and very confident that the process of adding digital files to my shop would work without any problems.

OMG! a God send! For well over 10 years I have been looking for a good digital platform to efficiently and easily deliver my hypnosis instant downloads to customers! Every year I have looked back in the Shopify App store to see if there was anything good or better then what I had been using. Just found Sky Pilot and am in HEAVEN!! It is SUPER user friendly, EASY to use, QUICK to set up, and EVERYTHING I have been wanting for my customers' experiences! So much weight is off my shoulders! I had the greatest experience with customer service (thanks Alessandro) who had to manually fix a very difficult and unusual DNS problem for me. He was willing to try everything until the problem was solved! I felt like I was being cared for as a customer and against all odds, had a fun chat with him as well. I'm very pleased with the app otherwise too! The email customization tools are exactly what I need, the storage size is good value for the money and it's very easy to add files to existing products in the shop. The app connected with my shop without any problems and I was able to start using it immediately. All in all, would highly recommend it for setting up Digital Products!
