We've used a few other apps to try to handle digital downloads, and Sky Pilot is by far my favorite. Fully functional (for my purposes, at least) in the free version, and the customer-facing experience is much better than the competition we've explored.

Associate was professional and helpful and I acheived the desired outcome. I am only concerned now with how my downloads are looking flushed and over saturated when the "access download" link is clicked. My color profile for downloads is consistent so I'm not sure why they look flushed when using this app.
I have been using this app for a number of years now. Support it top notch. Stable and solid app. Definitely recommend!
I would luv to give zero stars if I could. It's not as user friendly as they say. If you're not familiar with tech like me I definitely, definitely would not use the Sky Pilot app. Every time I reach out to customer service, I tell them I'm not tech savvy and they chat back or leave messages like I'm a tech support specialist..and they are very vague with their instructions. It's so frustrating ...

What makes this app stand out are three things:
1 - excellent customer service anytime I have a question
2 - it makes it so easy to do things like make files from a past order expire immediately so that you can provide new files, change the files associated with a product going forward, add new downloads to a product, etc.
3 - create free downloads on the fly for customers
