Sky Pilot ‑ Digitale Downloads

Sky Pilot has been great for us! The upload process is simple and seamlessly integrated with Shopify, and our fans and customers have had a great experience downloading it. Thumbs up.

Let me start by saying that I had not coded anything for over 15 years and back then we still only had HTML and Javascript to work with, so everything was knew all over again.

I found the Sky Pilot interface to be outstanding and easy to follow and even easier to customize!

I did have questions, which did not even have to do with Sky Pilot, but with Shopify and general web page coding. Let me say that the support that Sky Pilot gave me went above and beyond what they not only had to do, but what any company would normally do for a client!

Also, I and my partner needed a custom plan to suite our company setup and they had one we could work with at a dang good price quick!

They simply are the best!

The best program we've used to deliver our downloadable content. Support has been great in getting it up and running, and making sure our needs have been met. Easy to use, customer service is amazing. Very thankful that my customers can now set up accounts and see all of their past purchases. This app pulls in past purchases, so my customers can see things they bought a year ago, even though I just got this installed. Very happy!

Totall first class app supporting uploading and delivery of digital files. We have been selling excel spreadsheets for many years and we know a good platform when we see it. This is excellent.

SkyPilot solves a huge problem for creators of content that wish to protect their Intellectual Property in a simple, secure, safe an effective way. Every feature I needed to accomplish this is in there. I can limit access to streaming only (no downloads) which eliminates the need for DRM protection of downloaded files - without DRM I feel files are just to easy for people to copy. I get flagged if too many IP Addresses are used to access content - further discouraging sharing. And just as important, Andrew was extremely helpful when I had some trouble, and went over and above with immediate tech support.

SkyPilot is very user-friendly and smart and I'm so happy that I moved from another app to this one. There are lots of great How Tos in the Help Center but above all: the Support is AMAZING. The chat team members are very reactive and helpful and I got very clear explanations on how to proceed, including a step-by-step message which was awesome. At a point, when I had made these steps and changes and got more questions ( :-D ) I got a one-to-one call with a SkyPilot specialist who helped me to go through all the things that needed to be done (or repared ^^ ). I am so happy that I changed the app I was using (I'm still busy cleaning up the mess the other one left), SkyPilot is great - go for it!!
