I gotta say, I am loving this app! We were using the free Digital Downloads and it was just not what we wanted - links were constantly breaking, zip files were a pain, and if someone wanted a refund there was no way to revoke their access since it was all done via e-mail. Almost half our customer service e-mails were just about links not working!
I am fairly new to the company and wanted to find a better solution and found SkyPilot - I was nervous because I am the LEAST techy person there is but it seemed pretty straight forward - and it has been! It's easy to install, easy to use, and does EXACTLY what we need it to do. It also looks so much more professional going through our site rather than an e-mail.
However, the real star of this entire product is Andrew - I must have asked him 1,000 questions before even purchasing to make sure this was right for us. He was so prompt and was able to explain everything perfectly. Once I installed I asked him a 1,000 more and he not only helped me via e-mail, but actually signed in and customized certain visual aspects the way I asked. Amazing. Hands down amazing.
We're still new to the app and just launched it a couple days ago but so far not a single bug, not a single problem. Wish all our apps were like this!!
Sky Pilot is hands down the best app on shopify for digital downloads! WAY better than the Digital Downloads crap app. I HIGHLY recommend!

The app works great and I'm very happy. The only problems I had were operator errors. Jason was very patient and helped me complete the setup so it's working smoothly now. I was a bit frazzled and really appreciated the extra help. Great job Jason!

SkyPilot is very user-friendly and smart and I'm so happy that I moved from another app to this one. There are lots of great How Tos in the Help Center but above all: the Support is AMAZING. The chat team members are very reactive and helpful and I got very clear explanations on how to proceed, including a step-by-step message which was awesome. At a point, when I had made these steps and changes and got more questions ( :-D ) I got a one-to-one call with a SkyPilot specialist who helped me to go through all the things that needed to be done (or repared ^^ ). I am so happy that I changed the app I was using (I'm still busy cleaning up the mess the other one left), SkyPilot is great - go for it!!

I had a great experience with the onboarding. I got a scheduled time and since my google meet didn´t work out Camilla offered me to zoom. She helped me with all of my questions and I felt very confident. I am very happy with their customer support and the easy integration with sky pilot for my new online courses .
