SPL has simplified my Shopify-to-TikTok integration. The support team, especially Anna, is fantastic, always ready to resolve any issue. Highly recommend this app to others.

This started off so good: Love the interface and the AI mapping function!

But there were a number of issues and customer service was way too slow and unresponsive. The main issue was that it kept feeding through old TikTok orders on a daily basis (very old ones, that had already been fulfilled and completed). We had to nag to get help and most issues remained unresolved and even unacknowledged.

I’m thrilled with how smooth SPL has made the TikTok integration process. Zarmina was there to help every step of the way, making the app easy to use and reliable.
