A game-changer for our customer support and sales! Before SleekFlow, we were constantly struggling to keep up with DMs across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
The AI agents are incredibly easy to set up and do a fantastic job handling routine product questions 24/7. We’ve also seen a noticeable bump in customer satisfaction just by using their automated WhatsApp order and shipping updates. I engaged with SleekFlow and was repeatedly pitched by their sales team constant calls, follow-ups, strong pressure until signing. After the contract was signed, the promised integration and service simply did not deliver. The features failed to live up to the hype, customer support disappeared, and I ended up wasting time and money.
My advice: Stay away unless you want the stress of chasing service that never arrives.
