I've been using Slide Cart for a while and have no complaints. Their customers service is quick. Would like to eventually try some of their other add ons.
I recently requested some custom changes to the AMP Slide Cart app, and I was blown away by the level of service and support I received! The team was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was tailored to my needs. The app itself works flawlessly and has made a significant positive impact on my store's user experience. I highly recommend AMP Slide Cart to anyone looking for a reliable and customizable solution. Exceptional service and a fantastic app!
Awesome looking cart slider app with an amazing team behind it. They were not kidding when they say they will help with the cart's customization. It's honestly bewildering how fast they respond to the request. Worth the monthly subscription!
I had the pleasure of working with the team at Slide Cart by AMP, and I am truly impressed by their outstanding level of service. Laura and Danh went above and beyond to address my concerns with my cart setup, and their attention to detail made all the difference.
Laura provided a detailed explanation of the changes she made and even created a custom copy for my theme to resolve an issue with the cart display. She also added code to show me how the discounted prices would appear, making sure I could see the results before any final changes were made.
Danh then stepped in to fix another issue with the cart icon bubble not updating when products were added or removed. He updated the code and synced it perfectly with the Slide Cart. He even provided a recording and a preview link so I could easily test the changes on my end.
What really impressed me was the speed at which they resolved these issues. In a very short time, the team managed to implement all the necessary changes and ensured everything was functioning smoothly.
I highly recommend Slide Cart by AMP for their excellent customer support and commitment to getting every detail just right. They truly care about their customers and consistently go the extra mile.
Super fast reply and a helping Hand from Jhomar E. I think the app has potential, so I will continue using it in the future.
