Useless app, which doesn't work in the first place. It was not showing any abandoned carts. Contacted the support. It started showing abandoned carts but not capturing phone numbers, so I couldn't send any WhatsApp messages. Again contacted the support. Phone numbers are showing but links are not working. They asked for staff permission and posted a five-star review on their app after getting access. Wow, such professionalism!
Below is the review they have posted on my behalf.

Don't give them your account access unless you want your account to be misused.
