The app works great and the customer service is the best I encourage every one to use it for their store.

Since our customers keen to contact us through Whatsapp, I feel lucky to found this app. It's lightweight, simple, easy to setup and just perfect for my store to ease the communication process between us and customers. Now we can serve our customers efficiently and effective. Purva also helps a lot to ensure the apps run perfectly and very responsive.

Best app for connecting with your customers as well as visitors who abandoned their cart. Very cool features are included in this app.

its a very amazing app over all. so many customization options are available. their customer support is the most helpful i have ever seen hands down and they told me about all the new features they will be adding in the future which were so many including e-mail and sms marketing. im glad i came across this app

Es eficiente y cumple con su objetivo, existen dos problemas y es que abre en WhatsApp Web y no en WhatsApp Desktop, esto debido a que la URL a la que envía el botón empieza por web.whatsapp y no por api.whatsapp.
El otro problema es que el número no tiene un formato válido reconocido por WhatsApp, por lo que hay que editar cada número con el código de país seguido del número de teléfono sin espacios.
De resto es increíble esta app.
