I've been supported with amazing experience of Mr. Simon, he helped me to update my store for improving the SEO speed, actually the app "Tiny SEO Speed" looks it's working good but we'll review again after 24 hours, as usual Mr. Simon always ready for helping and improving the performance and he really working friendly.

I initially got Tiny SEO to optimise my images, but it's been able to do so much more than that. I love how it schedules my image optimisation so I don't have to keep remembering to run it, I also like the bulk alt text and meta data features. I wasn't expecting so many SEO features, and the emails explaining everything have been fantastic. After contacting their helpdesk for a minor query about how to change my image renaming setup, they picked up some other SEO issues for me and even fixed some for me, all within minutes. Very pleased and glad I chose Tiny SEO - I won't go anywhere else.
Find it pretty useless unless you have a ton of images. The $20 subscription doesn’t feel worth it.
We attempted to contact the merchant to resolve the matter but unfortunately did not receive a response.
The merchant selected our Advanced plan, using only two features - optimizing 5 images and enabling asset preloading - while there are many other valuable features they could take advantage of.
For these two features alone, they could have opted for the yearly plan or even the free plan (without asset preloading) and saved significantly compared to the Advanced plan.
We understand that billing is a sensitive issue for everyone. Therefore, despite not receiving a response, we issued a refund for 3 months and offered a custom plan tailored to their needs (if they see our email).

This app is great. Our other image optimizer was creating issues breaking the connections in our other 3rd party apps like Klaviyo. This app works seamlessly in the background. It compresses images to whatever size you want and has a whole host of options to rename file names, autogenerate SEO titles and descriptions, and other AI optimizations. Very affordable too.
This app does so many things for so little and thats not including the absolute amazing customer support. There hasn't been a problem I've had that the team hasn't jumped at the opportunity to help me with. Thank you!
