Ich habe mit Julia gesprochen, die sehr bemüht, hilfsbereit, verständnisvoll und sehr kompetent war. Ich kann diese App wirklich empfehlen. Nicht wie bei anderen Apps wo man ewig mit einem Computer kommunizieren muss, war sie sofort da und hat sich extrem viel Zeit für mich genommen. I spoke with Julia who was very eager, helpful, understanding and very knowledgeable. I can really recommend this app. Not like other apps where you have to communicate with a computer forever, she was there immediately and took an extreme amount of time for me.
Very good app, I was able to delete a ton of apps as TinyIMG combines multiple services to speed up my store.
The app itself is good, it helps to optimize images and it's pretty straightforward. However, the real star of the show is customer service. My store suddenly started loading slowly. I wrongly assumed this app was the cause. Julia was super friendly and kind, got in like a magician, figured out that the problem was another app that I installed and uninstalled a while back, and she even fixed it for me when she didn't have to. Julia, you're a rockstar, thank you very much!
