so far its nice, worth the money only if you have extra budget, it does save a-lot of time with the optimizing.
customer service is nice, fast answer.
i give 4 stars because they dont have video optimizer
Thank you for the kind words. Sadly optimizing videos is a really difficult and resource intensive teask. So we had not implemented this feature yet.
But our team is always ready to help you with manually optimizing videos and picking the best optimization options for them!
Very nice support, great support they were responsive and friendly. Image compression works great highly recommend that feature. However the lazy load is incorrectly implemented it lazy loads everything or nothing. Images above the fold should not be lazy loaded per UX standards. This is not an option with this plugin.

Our customer support offers above the fold manual lazy loading removal after our lazy loading installation. It's not possible to do automatically, but we do that manually!
Simon has helped you with the product page lazy loading even If It was not applied by our app (It was skipped).

So far our experience has been Easy and Quick integration with Shopify.
TinyIMG has really been a one stop option (as claimed) for our SEO requirements its been super useful in giving me our team a head start with a more methodical and way faster approach to our efforts.
We have also enjoyed their fast and efficient support team, who have also shared some tips on additional quick wins to implement.

so far its going really well. I just introduced TinyIMG a week or so ago. (thats why only four starts because it hasn't been long enough to share real impact) I sent a concerned email regarding billing and got a response instantly from Ian to ease my mind that all was good. I have followed all of the directions given to me and so far everything is simple and easy to follow. I will review again in about 2 months to share any news after everything has been applied and there has been time to create a real impact. fingers crossed!
