I just found out that this app has been charging me $9.99 a month for the last couple of years even though I haven't used it since the first time I installed it. I was supposed to be on the Free plan with extra charges only happening with usage. I never used the app after that first time and should therefore never have been charged a monthly fee. I will be contacting Shopify about these undue charges.
Edited to add : The developer sent me a refund for the past year. Apparently Shopify doesn't let them refund prior to a year ago, so they are sending a request to Shopify and I will update my review accordingly once I have the full amount recredited.

As you picked the 9.99 plan, not the free plan, you were charged accordingly. Here is the proof: https://prnt.sc/aoQs-K39udX2 (This is a screenshot from our Shopify partners dashboard).
The merchant has to approve the plan through Shopify billing window and then Shopify charges you from their end based on the plan you pick.
I replied to you on email to resolve this issue. And I'm willing to refund you out of good will.
Update:
We refunded everything we could through our Shopify partners dashboard and reached out to Shopify to cancel the subscription so the merchant is not charged again and to refund the charges we cannot refund due to Shopify limitations. The refunds will be processed in 3-4 business days.
This app is unbelievable!!! I have been pulling my hair out for 2 days trying to figure out how to fix coding errors slowing down the speed of my website I upgraded to the 2 year plan to get access to all the tools Now all my coding is fixed, speed is fast and SEO is 100%. I honestly could not run my website without this app.
I am so happy to work with TinyIMG, this app makes my website so performance and booter, and I recommend it 100%. Keep going.
