qikify Mega Menu & Navigation

The customer service is definitely top notch, specifically Rita - she went above and beyond to help me with my customisation requests and making sure the menu loads instantly without any glitches. We have been using qikify since migrating to Shopify. Its a great menu solution and their support is 10 out of 10. Nothing too much trouble for them/

I think the app may seem a little daunting for some beginners at first but once you play around with it a bit, you will find it to be pretty good at what its supposed to do. Keep in mind that I paid for all the features on it and I would highly recommend you do the same if you want to maximise the use.

I'm taking away one star because I was not able to easily install and set up the app myself. Other than that, the support is great and it works well on our website. It's really great that our customers can see items without having to click through to different pages.

Seems a bit overwhelming at first glance, but it serves the purpose well! The support crew is very friendly and helpful and fixed a bug I found in no time!

Great support so far integrating the app. UI looks great and easy to use, It has tons of flexibility even on the free package, looking forward to getting our new menu up and running!

They were very helpful in solving my customization issues! As someone who has been looking for a way to build out a 4 level structure navigation, this has been the only app that allowed me to do it and meet the customization needs that I have! Once they get the drawer style mobile menu layout built out, i'm going to be a customer for life!
