While there are many mega menu apps out there, this one stands out purely for the customer service. The team are rapid to respond, they're sincerely helpful, and they'll often just fix minor things for you before responding, while then showing you what they've done.

I also really appreciate how the chat support popup is managed by humans and not AI. The only improvement I could suggest is to allow users to replace the footer menu on their site. Not necessarily with a dropdown menu, but just a way to make the header and the footer menu's consistent.

Aside from that though, I have absolutely no complaints with Qikify. The free plan is fantastic, and so far the premium plan has been a great investment

I am so impressed with this app! Gives me the menu options I needed for my store. The customer service is definitely top notch, specifically Rita - she went above and beyond to help me with my customisation requests and making sure the menu loads instantly without any glitches. I'm taking away one star because I was not able to easily install and set up the app myself. Other than that, the support is great and it works well on our website. It's really great that our customers can see items without having to click through to different pages.

I've never set up a website before or even knew where to begin. After paying someone to help me and then learning how to change things after they were completed, I found the Quikify app. I noticed the app offered what I wanted, but was unsure how to achieve what I was looking for. I reached out to the live chat and was blown away by the support. Never have I had the type of support from an online chat before. The representative even took the reigns from me and completed my menu. Something that would have taken me a month to figure out on my own took me just a few hours. Iam truly grateful for the live support and have no doubts I'll be taken care of if I ever need to reach out again.

We have been using qikify since migrating to Shopify. Its a great menu solution and their support is 10 out of 10. Nothing too much trouble for them/

I was looking for a smart and efficient menu navigation system which will helpcustomers to finds things that they are looking for. I really found Qikify Smart Menu up to the task and I am really considering to integrate this in my store.
More over they have an excellent customer support service and are able to address and resolve all my queries promptly. I would really recommend to give it a try!

I think the app may seem a little daunting for some beginners at first but once you play around with it a bit, you will find it to be pretty good at what its supposed to do. Keep in mind that I paid for all the features on it and I would highly recommend you do the same if you want to maximise the use.

I would really like the developers to add more customisation options for the looks of the menu, not the layout necessarily. But to be honest, you have the option to add custom HTML so if you have got the apt for it, it should be manageable for you.

From the menu options, I would like them to just add an image swap option but instead its image swap for menu in the sense that once I hover over the image, a menu shows up beneath it and the image dissapears.

I have used multiple $200 themes or more, and none of them really have as much customisation options with such ease as Qikify menu

I was initially running into issues and when I messaged for support, I got an automated response saying that their customer service was closed for the day which initially was an inconvenience. Thats when I had Rita reach out to me. She went above in beyond in looking for a solution to my issue, which I later learned was self inflicted. Not only did she solve my initial issue, but she then went on to recommend some ways to enhance my experience with the app, along with some formatting issues on mobile.

This drive to help the customer was a relief and I would recommend anyone who is newer or looking for a more advanced navigation menu to check out this app, as the support you receive is amazing! Thanks Rita!
