Smart Order Emails

The Smart Notification App helped us to solve a specific use case (sending out a staff order confirmation after an order metafield has been updated). Kieran helped to quickly solve the issues we had in the beginning. The support is fantastic and the app does exactly what we need it to do.

I have no words to describe the help, patience and kindness of Kieran!
Not understanding or understanding very little of coding is not a problem for whoever needs that app because the help Kieran gives is above and beyond my expectations!
And of course, the app is great and we can sent as much notifications our clients need. 200% recomment the app!

Got this app to send custom notifications to staff for internal orders, as well as to notify vendors whose product we sell on our store. We've were using Shopify Flow for notifications, but kept getting complaints from vendors that the email format was very hard to read and confusing. With this app, notifications can double as packing slips. They are EASY to read, and look like normal Shopify notifications with line items and shipping details. I reached out to CS to see if we could edit the template of the notifications to fit our needs. The founder, Kieran, responded right away and made the edits promptly. Twice! Would recommend.

Very good customer support, also when some custom coding is required. Kieran is answering fast and delivers results.

Before finding this app, I was emailing customers manually with booking information. Thanks to Smart Order Notifications once an order is placed the customer automatically receives an email with booking instructions. In addition, the service provider also receives an email with the customers contact info. This process as saved me so much time on the backend and also adds more of a tech feel to the ordering process. Kieran in customer support is very responsive and has been very helpful getting things set up! I am so happy to have found this app!

We were looking for a way to send an email from our store to each customer after they placed an order on our Facebook channel and this app was able to do that seamlessly! We were able to customize the email exactly how we wanted it and tweak it as needed. The support on this app is incredible! What an amazing app and customer service! Our brand needed to filter out customer payment and billing info and we were unable to do so with the Shopify user permissions, as it allowed our staff in training to see customer address, email, phone, payment info etc. This way we were able to hide some confidential information until our staff in training is actually hired. Extremely useful and responsive customer service 10/10 recommend!

I had a very difficult task - to send DSA (DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT) only to buyers from a certain country who completed and paid for the order on the site, the support service simply delighted me!
