This app is absolutely incredible. We originally installed it to delay sending customer feedback emails after purchase, as well as vendor notifications on our orders. Since then have founds hundreds of different ways we can use this tool to make our experience for customers superior! It has a simple interface and is easy to use from the outset. What's more is the customer support for this app is excellent, Keiran was very quick to respond to our queries and suggest ways of getting the most from the app. Highly recommended - 5 stars!

I had a very difficult task - to send DSA (DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT) only to buyers from a certain country who completed and paid for the order on the site, the support service simply delighted me! They helped me set everything up, answered my questions very quickly. Just 11 points out of 10! I highly recommend the app!

I installed this app because I needed to send order notifications to different recipients based on buying groups and this app solved my problem. The support is super top notch! Kieran helped me make their app compatible with another app that I use to create dedicated price lists, and he did it all in a very short time, in a flawless way and with unexpected kindness! Great app from a great team. As orders are handled by different teams determined by product type and location we have been able to use the app to automate fulfilment requests.

Before finding this app, I was emailing customers manually with booking information. Thanks to Smart Order Notifications once an order is placed the customer automatically receives an email with booking instructions. In addition, the service provider also receives an email with the customers contact info. This process as saved me so much time on the backend and also adds more of a tech feel to the ordering process. Kieran in customer support is very responsive and has been very helpful getting things set up! I am so happy to have found this app!
