I never leave reviews so for me to leave one is a big deal - even bigger deal when it comes to five stars!

Smart notifications has nailed our biggest pain point which other apps lacked the capabilities to do. The option to send a PDF attachment for order fulfilment to our 3PL warehouse has saved me hours of manual order processing.

On top of that, Kieran has been outstanding! He’s been nothing but helpful and gone above and beyond. When the default template wasn’t enough, he lended his wealth of knowledge to make my life easier!

I honestly recommend getting this app and paying for the top plan because the benefit are outstanding!

We installed this app to help notify our suppliers of daily orders and the app works perfectly. Not only that, but the team behind the app (especially Kieran) have given just the best customer service experience I've ever had with any developer on Shopify. The reason for a 3 star is because we feel that the price of the app is high compared to what is available in the market. Sadly, after over a year of using this app we have decided to move over to report pundit, much cheaper and a million more features.

The Smart Order notification app has been integral to improving our workflow selling personalised goods and the dev support is great. Great job!

Not understanding or understanding very little of coding is not a problem for whoever needs that app because the help Kieran gives is above and beyond my expectations!

Great app from a great team. As orders are handled by different teams determined by product type and location we have been able to use the app to automate fulfilment requests.

Before finding this app, I was emailing customers manually with booking information. Thanks to Smart Order Notifications once an order is placed the customer automatically receives an email with booking instructions. In addition, the service provider also receives an email with the customers contact info. This process as saved me so much time on the backend and also adds more of a tech feel to the ordering process. Kieran in customer support is very responsive and has been very helpful getting things set up! I am so happy to have found this app!

Got this app to send custom notifications to staff for internal orders, as well as to notify vendors whose product we sell on our store. We've were using Shopify Flow for notifications, but kept getting complaints from vendors that the email format was very hard to read and confusing. With this app, notifications can double as packing slips. They are EASY to read, and look like normal Shopify notifications with line items and shipping details. I reached out to CS to see if we could edit the template of the notifications to fit our needs. The founder, Kieran, responded right away and made the edits promptly. Twice! Would recommend.

Very good customer support, also when some custom coding is required. Kieran is answering fast and delivers results.

We were looking for a way to send an email from our store to each customer after they placed an order on our Facebook channel and this app was able to do that seamlessly! We were able to customize the email exactly how we wanted it and tweak it as needed. The support on this app is incredible! Kieran set up my email notification template, answered all of my questions, and always got back to me so quickly. I'm so glad we found this app!
