This app is fantastic! I need to offer my customers a wide range of product customisation options, and this app allowed me to do exactly that. Not only is the app really easy to use, but the support team are incredible. I needed a slight tweak to how the customisation options appeared on my page and Sakshi had it fixed within 24 hours. Drodl makes it super easy to add custom product options to the Shopify store. Everything works smoothly and looks great. The real star, though, is their customer support—fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful in setting up the fields as per the requirements. Highly recommend!

I was an issue with my shopify inventory and wasn't able to solve it. I contacted the app support and I was so happy they helped with everything without any additional cost. 5 Start for their friendly and supportive staff.
Live chat with Kevin was amazing, went above and beyond to make sure that all my concerns were addressed. He was very helpful with any questions and concerns I had. The app is more advanced than the other apps too! Support team was able can make changes as per the needs, there is rarely anything these guys cannot do.
