De momento está muy bien, la única pequeña pega es que me gustaría poder decirle la manera en que debe responder el bot. Pero bueno, esta app me encanta.

easy to use and helpful

The bot is good at taking information from our website and applying it to it's replies. It's useful to be able to train it how to reply to certain questions. Overall really like the app

Excellente appli ! Lorsque l’on entraîne le chatbot, il comprend très vite où l’on souhaite en venir afin de répondre au mieux au client.

Fairly adjustable, sometimes the SmartBot might be a little stupid; but AI learns fast and on-the-go. Overall pretty satisfied.
