cela a l'air pas mal après 1 heure d'utilisation. Il manque à mon avis des outils pour mieux personnaliser le bot tant sur le ton de dialogue que sur l'apprentissage. Le suivi de colis ne fonctionne pas malgré les bonnes informations saisies. Enfin il serait aussi bien de passer la main à un agent humain lorsque le client le demande et pour cela il faut programmer des heures d'ouvertures.
Nous utilisons smartbot depuis presque 12 mois. Si au début cela était convainquant, le conseil produit est très très approximatif voir faux. Nous l'alimentons régulièrement et malgré cela le conseil est mauvais.
Nous sommes déçus et nous regardons pour changer

I’ve lost countless prospects by using this app. They never collect any contact information upfront from the prospect. So once the chat is complete they are lost forever with no way to contact them. Further the majority of the inquiries come from VPNs run by the smartbot company, querying random redundant questions that no real human query would ever ask. I assume they do this so they can use up and waste your 100 monthly free limit chats and force you to switch to a paid plan sooner. Well newsflash it’s done the opposite for our company as we are disappointed with the low integrity and lack of ethics by smartbot.

We gave it a quick trial and unfortunately the bot is not very smart. It gave wrong answers regarding our Shipping Cost even though it's stated in the Shipping Policy, it also fails to detect if someone wants to speak to the support. You can't upload any documents or links to train the bot to make it smarter, so we decided to deinstall again.
