This is amazing! I know AI is way smarter than I could ever be, but I just installed this smartbot and tested it on our site. I asked 95% of our customer service questions to it and it answered all of them flawlessly without me having to give it any information. This will cut back a lot of my customer service time. I'm very excited.
Works Really Well! So happy to how found this Chatbot. It Pulls content right from your site and answers and leads customers with ease.
Great app, when used free it's limited and the answers are not quite good, but the do help.
Just started using the app but so far so good. I love how it has enhanced my website. Need a little more time to see how it helps but enjoying it right now.
