Not only does it intuitively learn from your site, it uses conditional logic to answer more generic but specialised questions the way a specialist would which is exactly what we are needing for our specialised products. Very very impressed and are now busy onboarding this bot onto our second website. We are especially eager to see how it integrates into our social media. We run nationwide social media ads and literally have hundreds of post comments and messages daily, so if this app does what it's done on our website for our social media - it will hands down be the game-changer we need to get ahead of our competitors.
