This bot is probably the most intuitive, helpful virtual assistant we have ever used (and we've tried many!). Not only does it intuitively learn from your site, it uses conditional logic to answer more generic but specialised questions the way a specialist would which is exactly what we are needing for our specialised products. Very very impressed and are now busy onboarding this bot onto our second website. We are especially eager to see how it integrates into our social media.
