This app is exactly what we needed for product customization. The smart targeting rules and inventory-compatible option sets save us a lot of time. It's easy to manage, reliable, and has significantly enhanced the shopping experience for our customers.
Smart Options solved a real limitation for us. We were trying to offer more product choices, but we did not want to clutter every page with fields that did not apply to every customer. The conditional logic is especially helpful because it lets us show the right options only when they are needed. That makes the buying process feel cleaner and more intentional. It has made our product pages more useful and easier to manage.
