Was charged for service, even though I uninstalled before the trial period ended.

Hi, we will reach out over email, but with all Shopify apps they aren't able to charge you if you have uninstalled so if you did get charged it's because you didn't actually uninstall the Shopify app before the billing date. We can't uninstall the app for you.
