I got this App today. I installed it and had some questions I emailed them within a couple of minutes they came back to me with the answer - they were super quick and really helpful with all my questions. Even happier now since it I have already received orders as a result of the email.
Highly recommend this App the guys are great!
Everything is working smooth. Downloaded to get more sales. So far there has been some profit. Hoping to see more soon.

I use this app to write news letters to my customers, I love it and its very easy to use with help from the templates they provide

Love it! It's one of the few apps that allows me to import my HTML code to create my newsletters. Many others only do drag and drop and don't have that added feature. However, even the drag and drop feature is great as well! My only feedbakc would be to adjust mobile sizing because sometimes certain icons turn out wonky in mobile view vs desktop.

Easy to set up and less confusing for me than MailChimp. Like the fact I can see exactly which orders were generated. Definitely great app and would highly recommend.
I looked through many apps and as a small business, this app fitted my needs. I created a discount pop up, which works perfectly and an email to my customers. This was my first attempt and the interface was very intuitive. All working well.
The support team was really helpful when I was trying to get everything set up and working on my end. Also, the free version of the app is amazing (and a free app that is great is tough to find these days)!

You can set up all of these automations as of today 🎉
We LOVE SmartrMail for so many reasons! First, it is so easy to use and intuitive. Having used the majority of the leading mail programs out there, I can say this is not always the case. Secondly, the customer service just blows me away - they are so responsive and SO helpful. Part of me does not want to say that because I worry as they get bigger and grow they may get too busy to keep providing such awesome support....but i give credit where credit is due. This is also in sharp contrast to many other mail providers out there. Third, it's easy for designers and developers to work with, even if they've never worked with SmartrMail before. We love love LOVE SmartrMail!!! Feel free to contact me with specific questions if you have them. Happy to answer them!
