Customer service was lightning fast and took care of everything for us. Imported lists and even copied our template. Loving digging into all the super easy features of this app.

Great except for these issues:
1. When I duplicate a newsletter, the size of images and border colors of buttons are different from the original newsletter. I've reached out several times and have been told to create from template. What is the purpose of the duplicate newsletter feature then?
2. When I duplicate a newsletter, it doesn't appear in the "Drafts" tab.

Thank you for your feedback, it looks like you experienced an issue with the "Copy as draft" option. The behavior described here is not the way SmartrMail is supposed to work, thank you for reporting this. As mentioned by our team through our in-app chat, this issue in your account was fixed on the 11th of September, allowing all your future "Copy as draft" actions to work as expected. Marketing emails are very easy to put together and save a lot of time. I like all of the template options too.

I have recently signed up and their site is very user friendly, especially for creating email campaigns. It was not intimidating like other companies. The customer service has been excellent as well. I am happy I did my research and chose them to start my journey into ecommerce.

Fantastic, easy to use app! So often you get "FREE" Apps that have most features blocked out, or you have to buy them. This delivers exactly what it says it will and it is super easy to use.
