We transitioned over to Smartrr after running into issue after issue with ReCharge and it has been one of the best decisions we've made. The transition was mostly seamless and pain-free with the Smartrr team quickly handling any issues that surfaced. The team was super throughout when was had a huge list of questions before making the call to switch and our CSM, Casey, has been incredible throughout the whole process. Our CX team has run into a few hurdles along the way, but ultimately the platform is much more user-friendly for both our team and our customers. We are already seeing tons of growth since moving to Smartrr and I'd make the switch all over again if I had to!

Great! Our transition from Recharge was very smooth and the team here is very attentive! We have our own CSM which we didn't have before, and I just love how we can get support for any of our issues in less than 24-hours. Every one of our issues has been solved so far! My only complaint is why we have to pay extra for analytics telling us how many subscribers we have + rev generated etc... Other than that smartrr is the way to go!

Moving to Smartrr has improved our subscription management and the direct integration with Shopify checkout allows us to cut down on using multiple vendors for subscriptions!!!! The team is always looking for feedback to improve the product.

Best subscription platform I've used. Highly customizable and has all the features you could want - split checkouts, custom upsells to subscriptions, great customer interface etc. I would highly recommend.

Smartrr is the best software we've worked with by far! Setting up a new app is usually frustrating, but Smartrr offers personal support, takes on your goals as their own, and diligently works until you are fully transitioned. The app is visually appealing and user friendly on both the back-end and customers' end. Smartrr is a no-brainer to anyone feeling stuck with their current subscription software.

Switched from Recharge to Smartrr about a week ago, and I have only rave feedback so far. My feedback falls into two buckets: Customer Service, and UX. The customer service has been out of this world. They handled the migration like they could do it in their sleep, and worked closely with us on any hiccups (there was only one, having to do with Stripe). They were proactive, responsive, communicative, QUICK to answer and resolve any issues, quick to create custom solutions for our one-off issues. And it didn't stop with the migration. Since then, they've worked with our customer delight team to ensure they're trained up and know how to navigate everything on the back and front ends as well. The "white glove" promise is real, y'all. UX. Hands down the best consumer-facing UX I've ever seen out of the box for a subscription app. It just. Works. It's streamlined. It's easy. It makes sense. I love it. My only regret is not making the migration sooner, but Smartrr has a wait list. Trust me when I tell you, it's worth the wait.

I first heard of Smartrr last year during several informative webinars and was intrigued by their subscriber account portal and seamless back-end management of the tool. I decided to investigate them since our online customers were having several problems using our subscription platform and we had multiple technical glitches.
I’ll admit, I was hesitant because Smartrr was new. However, after moving our store from WordPress to Shopify, I was trying to build the best tech stack possible with apps we could rely on long term. I gained more appreciation for Smartrr after learning that they went through a rigorous process in order to be selected as a verified Shopify application. This gave me more confidence that their technology would work seamlessly with our Shopify store.
Their entire team was phenomenal in terms of communication. They detailed the differences between their platform versus the one I was using. They weren’t pushy to try and sell their tool. Rather, they truly wanted to help me learn how their platform would address the concerns and issues I was having with the other subscription platform. In addition, with the number of features that came standard with Smartrr, and at a very cost-efficient price point, I just knew we had to give them a try.
Since switching to the Smartrr app, we’ve been able to provide an optimal experience for our online customers. We’ve also eliminated the technical issues we were previously having due to the other subscription platform. The Smartrr team is also constantly looking for feedback so that they may continue to develop and provide even better service for us.
Honestly, I don’t feel like Smartrr is just a subscription app – they’re our partners, and they’re striving for success along with us. If you’re thinking of adding subscription to your store, or you’re looking to switch – don’t hesitate to reach out to Smartrr.
