Fundamentally it is a great product.
Support was great at the start but now has fallen off a cliff. There are also bugs in the system which are critical from a UX perspective that they can't seem to solve.

I worked with the Smartrr team from the very beginning while I was with a different start-up brand. I was excited to be able to work with the Smartrr team again after joining another start-up company. None of this is simple, but the Smartrr team was super helpful and attentive, and we've been seeing new roll-outs and developments happening with the Smartrr platform that we're excited about.
