The best app ever. Customer support is on point. Having good customer support is the most important thing for an app. I had a request regarding a change in the position of the size chart and i instantly received help. Highly recommend!

The setup is intuitive and straightforward — that’s definitely a plus. The tool is easy to configure, and the interface feels user-friendly.
I had an issue with the visibility of this solution. On product pages, the size chart doesn’t always appear next to the product variants. In other words, its main functionality doesn’t work consistently, which defeats the purpose of using it.
The customer care team contacted me and fixed it immediately. I am impressed by how quickly they were able to help.
It's a great app.
I initially had trouble getting the Smart Size app to work with my theme, but Helen from their team went above and beyond to help. She was incredibly diligent, even scheduling a virtual call late at night her time to troubleshoot the issue. She found a creative workaround and is now coordinating with her team to make sure everything works as expected. Excellent customer support and dedication. I really appreciate her effort!
