UPDATE 5-11-22: We have been trying to contact the app developers for days. The used to be very responsive and helpful. NOW: crickets. They are unreachable. We can't understand it. There is no mechanism to cancel the app on the actual app, and we are on a paid plan. There is also no way to change our plan to unpaid. This can't be the same app or company. It was so much better previously. Previous: We are very happy with the Smarty App, it works super well and has helped us increase sales. We especially like the customer support we get from their team. They are very responsive and address any support we may need which is not that often, fortunately. We have needed to add products to our bundles and that's about it, because the app is very effective.

I'm really sorry for your experience. It seems our emails must be getting lost in your spam folder. We did reply to your ticket before you sent this review, and again in the week following, but it seems you are not receiving them.
As with all Shopify apps, you can cancel simply by uninstalling the app. I'm sorry you missed our replies and would love to make things right for you. Please do get in touch.

This app is amazing. It has more features and perform better than more expensive ones. The support is wonderful and very quick. They customised the app for us extremely quickly and we are very happy with it. Cannot recommend this enough!

This app works perfectly even with an unconventional theme. However, I faced an issue and support was simply fantastic. They even updated their app and created a new release to solve my issues. And most of all, this app works with Paypal and «Buy Now» button. Give them a try, they deserve it.

The app works great and can directed to specific items (as opposed to only global discounts) which is exactly what we needed for our site. Their support team quickly resolved the initial setup problem we had as well.

The basic version does exactly what I need it to do and when something went wrong, the support guys got back to me and resolved my issue.

Using it for Discounted purposes. Have had some issues regarding what I want in the app, but the support was there right away and helped me out! They are actively updating the app and providing the best of it. Support is 100% legit, active and helpful all the time. Great features with customization within the Theme, easy and understandable. Cheap as well. Best one out there.

This is exactly what we needed for our store, simple and effective. There were some issues first setting it up and it took a little while to get everything sorted out. But the customer service was friendly and supportive and eventually fixed everything up for us and now it's great!

The app is really great. It gives you needed extras on your shopify store as multiple discount ranges on a same product. Their customer service and response time is oustanding

Been trying to contact support and when you click the help and support button in the dashboard it leads to an email, support@smartymarketing.com
which is not a real website..... these other reviews seem pretty good but idk how to get in contact with support! Please help!

I'm blown away by the customer service here. Before committing to Smart App, we tried dozens of other volume discount apps. This app won because of its price, compatibility with our Ajax cart, and the way it displayed the discounts. On our launch day, we discovered that for some reason, the discount wasn't applying in checkout! I reached out to the support team using their chat feature, and an amazing person named Vadim solved our problem within minutes - it turns out the old apps we had tried left old code in our store that was interfering with this app. I cannot emphasize how valuable this was for us - the speed with which Vadim resolved our issue has me feeling so confident in the expertise and helpfulness of Smarty - we will be sticking with this app for good because of this encounter, and recommending them to everyone who is curious!
